DRAWING and PRIZE RULES

The Basics:
Players in the Thursday night tournament game can enter. Cash games do not apply.
Entering is optional. Cost $2
Players do not have to enter every night.
Players must enter to be eligible win 1 through 4 below. Except #5
There are 5 different ways to win:
1. The Drawing - Random item from a group of prizes won at each game.
2. Pocket Pair Winner - 1st player to win holding the secret pair wins a matching card guard.
3. Other Prizes - Prizes based on events.
4. Bad Beat Pot - Money that accumulates from entry fees.
5. Just a Bad Night Prize - First 2 players eliminated get a free deck of inexpensive cards.

Some prizes will have a small cash value that a winner may choose instead of the prize.
40% of entry fees fund the Bad Beat Pot. 60% pay for and buy future prizes.


 1. The Drawing  Prize will be chosen randomly pre game from a Drawing Group of prizes
Each player entered will be assigned a number for the drawing. If the winner of the drawing wants to gamble they can draw for a prize from a Gambling Pool of prizes. The pool will have some higher value items, some lower value items and one each "You Lost" and "Your Choice".

$5  1st player to win a hand holding the secret pair.
The pair does not have to be used in the winning hand.
One card can be used in a straight or flush.
An All-In without a caller is a win. Be sure to show them.
A pair will be chosen randomly pre game and will be kept secret until the 3rd break as not to affect most of the game. A score keeper will keep track of who won holding pairs on a worksheet.
Tie situation: Winner of any tie will be chosen by high card.
Example: 2 players both holding the secret pair chop a pot.

Player who catches runner runner twice to win.
Player must be behind after the flop.
Not just improve their hand.

Or win Best Hand 2 weeks in a row.

Player "in the money" 4 weeks in a row.

Player must have been entered each week.
Placing 1st through 5th is considered "in the money".
Winning bounties or Best Hand are not.
Winning 5 weeks in a row is not 2 wins.

Be the Bubble twice in 4 week period.

Player must have entered 4 consecutive weeks.

Player goes All-In with inferior hand and wins twice.

Must have at least one caller.

Player who wins 3 hands on the river.

Player must have a caller after the river.

Improving your hand does not count.

The river card must have made you the winner.

 4. Bad Beat Pot

 * This will be the money from the 40% of entry fees collected and will accumulate each week.
  At $100 will start decreasing qualifying hand by 2 each week. AAAKK to AAAJJ then AAA99 etc.
  At $300 will start decreasing qualifying hand by 3 hands each week.

 5. Just a Bad Night Prize
 First 2 players eliminated get a free deck of inexpensive playing cards.
